Building a UX practice from scratch.

As Director of User Experience for Equinix, I built a robust, customer-driven UX practice from the ground up within the world’s leading datacenter provider -- from zero to 40+ UX ICs and managers across three continents. I evangelized design thinking with executives, and institutionalized a repeatable, nimble mobile and web application UX design and development process that created value for our customers while improving product lifecycle velocity for our engineering and product management colleagues.

Overseeing global design, research and content for all of Equinix's customer-facing portals since 2010 was a non-stop adventure from the start. I'm proud to have overseen multiple new product launches and product redesigns, and proud of the organization I built.
